Back to Basics is a closed, private support group for people who don't need one more voice in their head or their life telling them how to eat, move, or feel. Every BODY Diet offers education, inspiration and encouragement on the public page, and group training, coaching, and support on the private page FOR YOUR EYES ONLY.
